## Summary

**Temporary Ukrainian guest status** would treat eligible Ukrainians paroled under the Uniting for Ukraine process as admitted and give them permission to work. It would tie how long they may stay to a 120-day window after the Secretary of State determines hostilities have ceased and would allow revocation for terrorism-related grounds under the Immigration and Nationality Act. - Eligible Ukrainians paroled under the Uniting for Ukraine process would be deemed admitted from their first parole and authorized to work for the duration of the status. - Employers could legally hire these guests because the status expressly authorizes employment incident to and for the duration of the status. - The Department of Homeland Security could revoke an individual's guest status if that person meets the terrorism-related removal ground in Immigration and Nationality Act section 241(b)(3)(B).
