## Summary

**Stops Chinese police and covert United Front monitoring on U.S. soil.** This bill would let the President impose targeted sanctions and visa bans on People’s Republic of China (PRC) police units, their leaders, and people who establish or run a Chinese police or United Front presence in the United States. - People and entities tied to PRC policing would face property blocking under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). U.S. assets and transactions involving designated targets could be frozen and prohibited. - Noncitizens connected to establishing or maintaining a Chinese police or United Front presence would be inadmissible, have visas revoked immediately, and be barred from entry, parole, or other immigration benefits. - Immediate family members and private associates of covered employees can also be designated and face the same sanctions and visa bans. - U.S. persons and businesses would be prohibited from conducting transactions with designated targets and subject to penalties that apply under IEEPA for violations. - Federal agencies would be restricted from participating in investigations of covered foreign persons unless doing so is vital to the health, safety, or well-being of U.S. citizens. The President could grant case-by-case waivers for up to 30 days for national security reasons after certifying to Congress at least 15 days beforehand.
