## Summary

**Authorizes a land exchange between the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers and Caza Ranches LLC.** It would swap about 160 acres of Federal land in Township 16 South, Range 25 East, Section 35 for about 160 acres of non‑Federal land in Township 17 South, Range 25 East, Section 4 near Artesia, New Mexico. The swap is triggered when Caza conveys clear title and the Secretary conveys the Federal parcel. Subsurface rights held by a third party are excluded. Exchange costs are split equally, the lands are deemed equal in value, and the acquired land becomes part of the Centers for training with adjusted boundaries and a map posted at DHS New Mexico headquarters.
