## Summary

**Keep Martin Luther King, Jr. Day separate from Presidential Inauguration Day.** This bill would amend Section 6103 of Title 5 by adding a rule that if Inauguration Day would be observed on the legal public holiday for the Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., then the date for the Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. would be the Tuesday following the third Monday in January.
