## Summary

**Public transparency and formal interagency coordination for spectrum reallocations.** This bill would require the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to document and publish their coordination on proposed spectrum reallocations, provide interagency summaries with final rules, and update their Memorandum of Understanding on a regular schedule. - Federal spectrum users: The NTIA would have to file in the public docket, during the comment period, the date the FCC notified NTIA, which federal entities might be affected, when NTIA notified them, and summaries of any technical or policy concerns. - FCC and NTIA procedures: If the FCC issues a final rule, it would publish an interagency coordination summary in the Federal Register stating when NTIA was notified, any concerns raised, and how those concerns were resolved. - Public and industry stakeholders: Commenters and companies would gain clearer visibility into federal concerns and how they were addressed because coordination filings would be part of the public record.
