## Summary

**Allows Federal law enforcement officers to buy retired agency firearms at salvage value.** The General Services Administration must create a program within one year so officers in good standing can purchase a surplus-issued firearm during the six-month period after it is retired, with sales priced at salvage value based on age and condition and using existing federal definitions of "firearm" and "Federal law enforcement officer" while excluding certain machineguns.
