## Summary

**Would revoke visas and expand deportability for nonimmigrant students and other F, J, and M visa holders convicted of assaulting police or specified riot-related offenses.** This bill targets convictions for assaulting a police officer, inciting or organizing a riot, encouraging or participating in a riot, committing violence in furtherance of a riot, or aiding and abetting those acts.
