## Summary

**Extends and renames pandemic oversight.** This bill would push the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee's life to December 31, 2026 and rename it the Fraud Prevention and Accountability Committee while updating statutory cross-references to Title 5 of the U.S. Code. - Inspectors general and watchdogs: Would keep a centralized committee in place through Dec. 31, 2026 to coordinate fraud prevention and oversight of coronavirus-related programs. - Public and program recipients: Would maintain a federal body focused on transparency for the coronavirus response and certain coronavirus-related funds, which aims to protect relief dollars from fraud. - Federal agencies and legal documents: Would update the committee's name and technical cross-references so existing laws, orders, and documents point to the new Fraud Prevention and Accountability Committee.
