## Summary

**Adds about 6,100 acres to Big Bend National Park.** The bill would let the Secretary of the Interior acquire land or interests in land shown on a November 2022 map by donation or land exchange, update the Park boundary to include those acquisitions, require the map be on file for public inspection, and prohibit using eminent domain or condemnation to obtain the land.
