## Summary

**Posthumous Congressional Gold Medal honoring Doris Miller for his valor during the attack on Pearl Harbor.** The bill directs the Secretary of the Treasury to strike a gold medal with suitable emblems and inscriptions, assigns long-term custody and display to the Smithsonian Institution, and authorizes the United States Mint to strike and sell bronze duplicates at prices that cover production costs.
