## Summary

**Requires clear dog-toxicity warnings on foods that contain xylitol.** The Paws Off Act of 2025 would amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to make any food with xylitol misbranded unless its label warns about xylitol's toxic effects for dogs.
