## Summary

**Prevent U.S. and allied technology from enabling Iranian-made drones.** The Act directs the Departments of Commerce, State, and Defense to create coordinated strategies that stop microelectronics and production tools from reaching Iran's unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). - U.S. manufacturers and exporters: Commerce must identify current and emerging technologies used in Iranian UAS, list U.S. and foreign manufacturers and proliferators, and set up a process to engage makers and flag third-party distributors. A report to Congress is due in 60 days and may include a classified annex. - Allies and partners: State must map foreign manufacturers and work to synchronize allied export controls with U.S. measures. That strategy is due in 90 days. - Defense and the military: Defense must develop a range of options within 30 days to counter Iran’s access to microcontrollers, voltage regulators, digital signal controllers, GPS modules, microprocessors, CAD software, and CNC machines, and brief Congress within 45 days.
