## Summary

**Medication transparency for airmen.** The Aviation Medication Transparency Act of 2025 would require the FAA to publish and maintain a public, user-friendly list of medications and treatments that may be safely prescribed to an airman for medical certification. - Airmen (pilots and air traffic controllers) would receive the list when they first seek a license and medical certification.
