## Summary

**Defunds the United States DOGE Service and bars federal funding for its people and programs.** This bill would block federal money for the Department of Government Efficiency ("DOGE"), related teams, and any orders tied to those entities, while restricting the United States Digital Service to its digital service delivery work as of January 19, 2025. - Covered entities: The bill would bar federal funding to the United States DOGE Service, the DOGE Service Temporary Organization, DOGE Teams, any entity created to implement the named executive orders, and any successor entities. - Covered individuals: Any person associated with a covered entity on or after January 20, 2025 would be barred from using federal funds for their work, for equipment paid with federal funds, or for issuing orders or recommendations under color of government office. - United States Digital Service (USDS): USDS could only receive federal funds to support the same digital service delivery activities it performed on January 19, 2025, and not for projects started by a covered entity on or after January 20, 2025.
