## Summary

**Repeal of a narrow exception to the terrorism-related ground of inadmissibility.** This bill would remove clause (ii) of section 212(a)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and make aliens admitted under that clause from Jan. 20, 2021 through the date of enactment deportable. - Noncitizens admitted under clause (ii) between Jan. 20, 2021 and the date of enactment would become deportable. - Future visa applicants could no longer use clause (ii) as an exception to the terrorism-related inadmissibility ground.
