## Summary

**Broaden public disclosure of cargo manifest data for ships, trucks, and planes.** The bill would require manifests for vessels, vehicles, and aircraft arriving in the United States to meet new content rules and to include Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications and the last country through which cargo was transported. - Carriers and operators would need to submit manifests that meet the bill's new content requirements.
