## Summary

**Public disclosure of major donors to nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) that receive federal funding.** This bill would require NGOs that get federal funds to publish their Form 990 Schedule B donor names, ZIP codes, and total contributions. - Organizations described in section 501(c) and exempt under section 501(a) that receive federal funding would have their Form 990 Schedule B posted publicly within 60 days after the IRS processes the return, and the bill states such NGOs act on behalf of the United States for fiscal oversight. - Donors to those organizations would have their names, ZIP codes, and total gifts disclosed for the taxable year when the organization received federal funds. - Failure to file Schedule B could lead to revocation of tax-exempt status, placement on a publicly maintained list of revoked organizations, and possible reinstatement under the revised rules.
