## Summary

**Reinstating the 2019 federal conscience rule for health care** and clarifying which federal laws count as conscience and anti-discrimination protections. - Health care providers: Would require the Secretary of Health and Human Services, within six months, to issue a final rule identical or materially equivalent to the former 45 CFR part 88 as it existed on July 22, 2019, restoring the protections described at 84 Fed.
