## Summary

**Expands transparency on federal funds sent to adversarial foreign entities.** The TRACKS Act would add a new definition of "subaward" and require reporting of any subaward made to entities in designated "foreign countries of concern" or to "foreign entities of concern," and it would standardize how those foreign subawards are disclosed.
