## Summary

**trials and death-penalty availability for three Guantanamo detainees**. It would say that plea agreements and related judgments cannot block trial for actions tied to the September 11, 2001 attacks and sets strict post-sentence rules. - Applies to Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin `Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi. Any plea agreement or related judgment would not preclude trial under chapter 47A of title 10 or any other provision of law for the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack. - In any such trial, a sentence of death would be available. - If sentenced, each individual would be held at United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in solitary confinement, have no contact with foreign nationals, receive psychological treatment only if specifically authorized by medical authorities at the base, and be barred from transfer to the continental United States or any other country.
