## Summary

**Creates a Combating Invasive Species semipostal stamp to raise public contributions for federal programs fighting invasive species.** This bill would let the U.S. Postal Service sell the stamp at up to a 25 percent premium over base postage for two years, starting within 12 months of enactment, and transfer proceeds equally to the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture at least twice a year to fund programs addressing invasive species threats to ecosystems, native species, and local economies.
