## Summary

**Expands which officers may carry a concealed firearm in a school zone by adding qualified active and retired law enforcement officers.** The bill would amend 18 U.S.C. 922(q) to add people defined in sections 926B and 926C to the list of those allowed to carry a concealed firearm in a school zone, as long as they are authorized under those sections and the firearm is concealed.
