## Summary

**Expands veterans' access to military adaptive sports.** This bill would remove the one-year post-separation eligibility window in 10 U.S.C. § 2564a so veterans can participate in the military adaptive sports program regardless of how long ago they left service.

- More access to military adaptive sports for veterans: benefit, low. If enacted, more veterans would be able to join the military adaptive sports program. The bill would remove the one-year limit after separation. You could join no matter how long it has been since you left service. Other program rules would stay the same.
