## Summary

**Reciprocal E1/E2 visa access for Iceland.** This bill would treat Iceland as a foreign state described in section 101(a)(15)(E) of the Immigration and Nationality Act for E1 (treaty trader) and E2 (treaty investor) nonimmigrant visas. That designation applies to clauses (i) and (ii) of that section and only if the Government of Iceland provides comparable nonimmigrant status to U.S. nationals.
