**Full repeal of the USA PATRIOT Act.** This bill would repeal the USA PATRIOT Act and restore every federal provision it changed to how those provisions read on October 25, 2001. - Returns each federal statute amended by the USA PATRIOT Act to its October 25, 2001 wording. This applies to every provision the PATRIOT Act altered. - Names the measure the American Privacy Restoration Act and makes that restoration the operative legal effect of the repeal.
