## Summary

**Reauthorizes and expands the Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Program (CFLRP) to broaden work on wildfires, watersheds, and forest health.** It would boost monitoring and staffing, allow new finance tools and agreements, raise some funding levels, and extend the program through 2034. - Local forest collaboratives and managers would get stronger federal staffing support and standardized monitoring requirements, and a key funding figure is raised from $4 million to $8 million while the program is extended to 2034. - State, Tribal, and private landowners and communities in the wildland-urban interface could join proposals that cross ownership lines to cut wildfire risk, increase restoration, and protect watershed and drinking water sources. The bill also authorizes conservation finance agreements and good neighbor agreements. - Program rules and proposals would change to track pathogens as well as species, adopt standard monitoring questions and indicators, and increase certain numeric thresholds from 10 to 20 and from 2 to 4 to qualify or scale projects. *Would increase federal spending for the Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Program and extend its authorization through 2034.*
