**Restore full staffing at the National Park Service.** This bill would require the Secretary of the Interior to fill all National Park Service positions and reinstate employees removed or terminated since Jan. 20, 2025, using previously appropriated funds. It would also require the Secretary to continue carrying out NPS projects funded under four specified laws so those ongoing projects keep moving forward. - Visitors: More staff at parks aims to improve visitor safety and enjoyment and speed up basic maintenance and services. - Park employees: Individuals involuntarily removed or terminated between Jan. 20, 2025 and the bill's enactment would be reinstated. - Park projects and infrastructure: Projects funded under the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act, the Great American Outdoors Act, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and the Inflation Reduction Act would continue to be carried out.
