## Summary

**No revolving-door lobbying on foreign military sales.** This bill would bar former State Department and Department of Defense employees who worked on foreign military sales under the Arms Export Control Act in the three years before leaving from communicating with or appearing before federal officials or Congress to influence those sales. It adds a new prohibition to 18 U.S.C. §207(f) and makes violations punishable under 18 U.S.C. §216.
