## Summary

**Would authorize U.S. participation in the Davos Alzheimer's Collaborative (DAC) to accelerate global Alzheimer’s research, prevention, and care while limiting U.S. funding exposure.** It would tie U.S. contributions to matching non-U.S. funds and cap the U.S. share during FY2026–2030. - Families and patients: Aims to expand development of diagnostics, treatments, and care models for diverse populations facing a global burden of nearly 60 million people with dementia now and more than 150 million by 2050. - U.S. agencies and oversight: Would designate a U.S. representative to DAC’s Advisory Council and, if nominated, its Board, and require coordination with USAID, the State Department, and Health and Human Services plus a report to Congress within 180 days and annual updates. - Global research and funding discipline: Authorizes contributions under the Foreign Assistance Act with a requirement to raise matching non-U.S. funds; DAC plans to mobilize over $700 million over six years and the bill limits U.S. contributions to no more than 33 percent of total DAC funding for FY2026–2030.
