## Summary

**A federal grant program to improve mental health services for LGBTQ+ youth.** The bill would require HHS to create grants that assess and improve mental and substance-use outcomes for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, nonbinary, intersex, and Two Spirit youth and their families, while prohibiting grant funds from supporting or promoting conversion therapy.
