## Summary

**This bill would force federal policy to follow a binary, biology-based definition of sex.** It would remove gender identity as a basis for agency decisions and rework laws, forms, funding, and enforcement around that definition. - Women and girls would get explicit federal protections for single-sex spaces and privacy.
