## Summary

**Would ban federal agencies from promoting Pride Month or displaying flags that represent sexual orientation or gender identity on federal property.** The bill would prohibit agencies from using federal funds to develop, organize, administer, engage in, promote, or endorse Pride-themed activities, including events, official communications, social media posts, educational programs, and public campaigns. It also bars the display on federal property or grounds of any flag that represents sexual orientation or gender identity. The term "agency" is defined by reference to 5 U.S.C. 551(1).
