**Incentivizes States to require domestic violence prevention training for cosmetologists and barbers.** This bill would create a short-term grant increase program to reward States that make free, nonprofit-led domestic violence training part of cosmetology and barber licensure. - License applicants: People seeking cosmetologist or barber licenses would have to complete domestic violence prevention training at no cost, delivered online or in person by nonprofit anti-domestic violence organizations. - Clients and victims: More licensed professionals would learn how to recognize signs of domestic violence, respond appropriately, and refer clients to victim resources. - States: An eligible State could receive a grant boost up to 10% of its recent awards for no more than 3 years, subject to available funds and an application to the Attorney General. *Would authorize $5.0 million per year for fiscal years 2026 through 2032 for these grant increases.*
