## Summary

**Would bar people convicted of assaulting law enforcement or of riot-related felonies that destroyed small businesses from receiving any assistance administered by the Small Business Administration.** It would make those individuals ineligible for any program, assistance, or participation run by the SBA and ties the term "small business concern" to the Small Business Act definition in 15 U.S.C. 632.
