## Summary

**A government-wide system to trace every federal outlay by appropriation and fund account.** It would require the Secretary of the Treasury to implement that system within 180 days and to track outlays from each appropriation, receipt, or other fund account across the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, including disbursements covered by section 3325 and the period of availability for funds. - Treasury would have 180 days to build and operate a tracking system that follows outlays back to each appropriation, receipt, or fund account. - Every department, agency, office, and other establishment in the executive, legislative, and judicial branches would have their disbursements traced by appropriation or fund account. - The tracking must include disbursements subject to section 3325 and record the period of availability for the amounts in the applicable accounts.
