**Standardized national and regional data on organic dairy costs and prices** would be created to make organic milk economics comparable to conventional milk. The bill would require new surveys and reports on organic feed costs, mailbox prices, and production by region. - Organic dairy farmers would receive regular state and regional data on production costs and the prices they are paid, including mailbox prices for the six regions with the most organic production. - Researchers, policymakers, and market analysts would get monthly price data and periodic reports for organic milk that match the level of detail currently available for conventional milk. - The USDA would be required to establish an Organic All Milk Prices Survey within 90 days and publish expanded organic milk reports within 180 days using data from NASS, the Economic Research Service, or the Agricultural Marketing Service.
