## Summary

**Full transparency on DoD PFAS cleanup funding and progress.** This bill would require the Department of Defense to provide annual, site-by-site reports to congressional defense committees and publish a public, semiannual online dashboard showing budgets, timelines, and the status of interim remedial actions for perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). - Communities near military installations would get a public, accessible dashboard updated every 6 months with site funding, remediation status, projected and actual timelines, and local points of contact. - The Department of Defense and each military department would have to report annual, site-level funding amounts that are budgeted, obligated, and expensed and give phase-specific status updates for design, contracting, construction, and operation. - Congress would receive annual reports that must explain delays over 12 months and identify administrative, regulatory, funding, or other barriers along with DoD plans to address them. - The Secretary must deliver a PFAS remediation acceleration strategy within 180 days that sets prioritization criteria, cleanup timelines, performance benchmarks, and lists accredited laboratories and those seeking accreditation.
