## Summary

**Invasive species strike teams** will be created and funded to detect, respond to, and manage invasive species on and near National Wildlife Refuge System lands. The Program requires at least one team in each U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service region and sets standards for training, data sharing, and coordinated responses. - Refuge managers get trained teams focused on prevention, early detection, rapid response, and habitat conservation or restoration. Teams use integrated pest management, monitoring, and evaluation to protect native biological communities. - Owners of lands or waters adjacent to refuges control whether teams respond there; the Secretary may provide outreach, technical help, grants, contracts, or direct funding when requested and must coordinate with State and Tribal agencies. - The Program builds partnerships across Federal, State, Tribal, local, nonprofit, and private groups and requires use of national and regional reporting platforms including the National Agricultural Pest Information System, the National Data Repository of the National Plant Diagnostic Network, the Early Detection and Distribution Mapping System, the Nonindigenous Aquatic Species Database (USGS), iMapInvasives, and State databases. *Authorizes $10.0 million per year from 2027 through 2033 to carry out the Program, increasing federal spending by that amount.*
