## Summary

**Authorizes the President to extend International Organizations Immunities Act privileges to CERN.** This bill would add a new section to the IOIA that lets the President, on terms they determine, grant CERN the same legal privileges and immunities the Act provides to public international organizations in which the United States participates, contingent on relevant treaties or congressional authorization and appropriations.
