## Summary

**Replaces historic 'interest' phrasing with 'earnings on' for Wyoming's education trust funds.** H.R. 4328 would amend the Act of July 10, 1890 to replace the phrases "interest of" and "income thereof" with "earnings on" and "earnings on which" in sections 5, 7, and 8. The edits change how revenues from the disposal of public land in Wyoming are described when they are dedicated to educational purposes. The bill's short title is the Wyoming Education Trust Modernization Act.
