## Summary

**Codify five Executive Orders on critical minerals into federal law.** This bill would give five Executive Orders the force and effect of statute to secure critical mineral supply chains, support domestic mining and processing, and enable Section 232 trade actions on processed minerals. - Workers and companies in mining and processing would get statutory backing for policies that aim to boost U.S. mineral production and processing. This strengthens the legal standing of those federal priorities. - Manufacturers and energy firms that rely on critical minerals would see clearer federal policy aimed at reducing reliance on minerals from foreign adversaries and improving supply chain security. - National security and trade officials would have the goals of using Section 232 authorities on processed critical minerals and derivative products encoded in statute, supporting economic resilience.
