## Summary

**Prohibits use of autopen and other automatic signing devices for key presidential instruments.** This bill would bar anyone other than the President from signing engrossed bills, Executive orders, pardons, or commutations and would declare invalid any such document signed in violation, including those signed before the bill takes effect.
