## Summary

**Pauses U.S. non-defense foreign aid for 60 days after a presidentially declared major disaster.** This bill would prohibit the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development from obligating or spending federal funds on bilateral, multilateral, or humanitarian non-defense foreign assistance during the first 60 days after a disaster declared under the Robert T.
