## Summary

**Mandatory disclosure of funding from the Government of the People's Republic of China or the Chinese Communist Party by F, J, and M visa applicants and holders.** This bill would require applicants to report whether they have received or expect to receive money from the PRC, the CCP, or entities they control, and to provide amounts and a description of the source.

- Visa revocation for not reporting funds: cost, high. If you must report these funds and do not, your visa or other entry document could be revoked. This could apply no matter when the visa was issued.
- New Chinese funding disclosures for student visas: cost, low. Within 180 days, DHS and State would change Forms I-20 and DS-2019. Applicants would have to say if they got or plan to get money from the Chinese government or Communist Party. They would list the amount and describe who provided it.
