## Summary

**Expands VA health benefits to include abortion care** for veterans and certain other VA-covered individuals. The bill would add abortion services, counseling, and medication to the list of hospital care and medical services the VA can provide. - Veterans eligible under 38 U.S.C. 1703 would be able to receive abortion care, counseling, and related medication through VA hospital care and medical services. - People eligible under 38 U.S.C. 1781(a) would also be covered, extending access to certain non-veteran VA beneficiaries. - The Department of Veterans Affairs would incorporate these services into its existing hospital care and medical services framework.
