## Summary

**Would tie FERS cost-of-living adjustments to year-over-year changes in a quarterly price index.** The bill would require each December 1 COLA for Federal Employees Retirement System annuities to equal the percent change in the base-quarter price index from the prior year in which a COLA was made, rounded to the nearest one-tenth of a percent, and would apply to all annuities covered by the statute.
