## Summary

**Adds an agricultural-area data layer to the National Broadband Map.** This bill would require the Federal Communications Commission to update the National Broadband Map within 180 days to include a geospatial layer showing the locations of agricultural areas. The FCC would integrate existing Department of Agriculture location data and consult the Secretary of Agriculture, the Commerce Department's Assistant Secretary for Communications and Information, state representatives, and other stakeholders.
