## Summary

**Disqualifies adults from firearm possession and purchase based on serious juvenile delinquency.** This bill would add a new juvenile delinquency category to federal gun law by amending 18 U.S.C. 922(d) and 922(g) so adults who, when aged 15 to 17, committed an act that would have been a felony if done by an adult are barred from receiving or possessing firearms.
