## Summary

**Excludes VA disability compensation and pensions from income tests used for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and qualified residential rental bonds.** This bill would let those VA payments be ignored when programs check household income, which could increase housing access for veterans who receive them. - Veterans: Veterans who get disability pay or VA pensions would have those payments excluded from income counts.
