- E-Verify required to hire Korean E-3 workers: cost, low. If enacted, any employer who files the required attestation to hire a Korean E-3 worker would need to use E‑Verify. The employer would have to stay in good standing in E‑Verify for the worker’s whole authorized job period. This would start 180 days after enactment.
- E-3 work visas for Koreans, with caps: mixed, medium. If enacted, nationals of the Republic of Korea could apply for E-3 work visas.
